The Evolution sealing bar system by Elegen is unique on the world market and offers considerable advantages both from a technical and functional point of view. This system for chamber vacuum machines is the one that absolutely guarantees the best possible vacuum in the bag. The Evolution system consists of a preparation of the tanks for the insertion of a removable and repositionable sealing bar. The insertion works with a spring coupling combined with an isolated piston, which allow to bring current and pressure to the bar. A stand-alone bar is used, i.e. it is not fixed to either the lid or the tank, thus significantly relieving the pressure exerted on these components of the machine during the vacuum phase. The bar is made of non-deformable steel and built in a single piece, which makes it removable without problems and gives it great stability over time. Even if the bar should break, it can be repaired independently by removing it from its seat and without having to open the machine. The main advantage offered by Elegen's Evolution bar system is the fact that the tank can be arranged up to 4 sealing bars inside (2 on the short side and 2 on the long side), with the possibility of easily exchanging them at any time.
Another advantage of this system is that the tank is more robust, because it has no holes for the pistons on the bottom (weaker side). The tank lid also has a very solid structure, as it does not have mechanical stresses due to the pressure of the pistons during welding. This guarantees it a potentially infinite duration over time. The sealing bar has its movement element at the top, so it is immune to contamination such as dirt and encrustations, which can ruin it in the long run. For these reasons, cleaning and maintenance of the bar and tub are made quite simple and any repair costs are reduced. During the vacuum phase, the air in the bag is sucked in smoothly, without inflating it or creating clumsy accidents, which can happen in the presence of liquids (an inflated bag indicates the presence of air inside). With the Evolution system all the air contained in the bag is extracted and there is no longer a difference between the vacuum level in the chamber and that in the bag.
